Hello to everyone,
After many months of hard-working, finally we can proudly announce in GANA Arquitectura, that the building works for the new Victoria Beer Factory has just begun in Malaga. As Malaga-born professionals, it is a great honour to be able to take part of such an important project for Malaga, and of course, for the whole province. A performance that means, not just the return of one of the most representative brands of Malaga, but also one of the most ambitious projects nowadays. An initiative that has been designed in order to let citizen, as the main goal of this project, to approach to their beer creation process.
As it was already said on the “Primera Piedra” Event (on November 9th it was announced the beginning of the building works) this project is located between two of the main roads in Malaga, MA-20 and Carretera de Cadiz or Avenida de Velazquez, in order to make the access easier and become a new referent for Malaga citizen.
The building will be separated into two different areas. On one side, there would be the logistic and distribution area; on the other side, the manufacture and packaging area, connected to the visitors. This design has been created as a factory where the envelope and roofs would define an industrial but also modern and innovative architecture, thanks to the white steel facades, combined with glass in order to take advantage of the natural lighting.
That´s the reason why, we would like to thank the whole team that is making this project real, specially Cerveza Victoria, for their support and excitement along this process.
